Who we are
One Call Home Quotes (“we,” “us”) is operated by [Legal Entity Name, LLC], an Iowa company, at [mailing address], Des Moines, Iowa. We help homeowners request a free quote from one local home-improvement contractor. We are a marketing service; we do not perform construction work.
What we collect
- Information you give us in the quote form: first name, mobile phone number, ZIP code, project type, timeline, and whether you own the home.
- Technical information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, and the date and time of your request.
- Records of your consent, including the text you agreed to and when.
How we use it
- To send your request to one local contractor so they can contact you about your project.
- To contact you ourselves by text, phone, or email to confirm your request, check whether the contractor reached you, and ask for feedback.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including through the Meta Pixel and similar tools.
- To keep records required by law and to protect against fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
- One contractor. Your request is delivered to a single contractor serving your ZIP code. We name that contractor on the form and on the confirmation page. We do not sell your request to multiple companies or to lead marketplaces.
- Service providers that help us run the site, deliver messages, and store data (for example, form-processing, messaging, and spreadsheet or CRM tools). They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta receive technical event data (for example, that a form was submitted) to measure our ads. Where we share hashed contact details for ad measurement, it is done under the platform’s terms.
- Legal. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
- By submitting the form and agreeing to the consent statement, you authorize One Call Home Quotes and the named contractor to contact you by phone, text message, or email at the number provided, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.
- Message frequency varies by your project; typically fewer than 10 messages in total. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also opt out by any other reasonable method, such as emailing us. We will honor opt-out requests promptly and in any case within 10 business days.
- We do not send marketing texts before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. in your local time zone.
Cookies and tracking
We use the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to understand which ads lead to quote requests. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Meta ad preferences. Our site does not use cookies for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and consent records for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, generally up to five years, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing privacy@onecallhomequotes.com.
- Opt out of texts or calls at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
- If the contractor we assigned is not a fit, tell us and we will close your request.
Children
Our services are for adults who own or are responsible for a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
